FC Dallas homegrown player Jesús Ferreira has been having an amazing start to the season so far. The Colombian born striker has played a total of 436 minutes, roughly 4.84 - 90 minutes games and scored 3 goals for the team and assisted one goal as well. The 18-year-old homegrown striker already is the leading goal scorer for FC Dallas with 3 goals. Right now at the moment, he is currently FC Dallas’s most reliable striker. Jesus Ferreira is the son of former FC Dallas and Colombian midfielder, David Ferreira who made a total of 117 appearances with FC Dallas and 39 appearances for the Colombian national team. Although he was born in Colombia, he does hold American citizenship, and has made multiple appearances for the United States U17 National Team. Could he be the next homegrown star in MLS? Could he potentially represent the USMNT in the future?
